Today, Mike McGuire (VP of Business Development) was invited by Ulster County Executive Mike Hein’s Office to present an overview of the Time Force time and attendance system at a briefing that was held to introduce the County’s new biometric system. The Westwood, MA Police Department has started making their Massachusetts Crash Report available online with PoliceReports.US. “The crash reports are available the same day they have been approved, and people can pay for them by credit card. The Norwich, CT Police Department has begun to distribute PR-1 Accident Reports online with PoliceReports.US this month. “More than half the incoming correspondence generated from the Records Division is requests for accident reports”, stated Lt. William Molis, the Records Division Supervisor. “With PoliceReports.US archiving and distributing our accident reports, we hope to reduce the amount of accident report requests we receive as well as provide an immediate and convenient service to the public. The Town of Coeymans, NY has issued a PO to purchase the Police Officer Scheduling System (POSS) for the Police Department. “Our current payroll reporting methods are both inefficient and time consuming and POSS will address this” stated Chief Gregory Darlington. “We look forward to getting started.” (more…)
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office started 2010 providing online distribution of the MV104A with the software service from PoliceReports.US. They are the first NYS Police Agency to take advantage of this service which is at no cost to the agency and provides better service to the citizens and businesses they serve. The MCSO has used a custom built system for several years so they know the time savings online report distribution offers. The switch to PoliceReports.US will reduce the cost to the MCSO and allow them to expand access to citizens. (more…)
Oneida County, NY has signed an Agreement to implement the Police Officer Scheduling System (POSS) at their Sheriff’s Office.
