CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS POLICE TO SAVE COSTS AND IMPROVE SERVICE WITH ONLINE ACCIDENT REPORTS
This month the City of Niagara Falls Police became the first City Police Department in New York to offer online distribution of the MV104A with the software service from PoliceReports.US. “We are always looking for ways to better serve the community and control costs and this system allows us to do both” stated Superintendent John Chella
The City of Niagara Falls is a world renowned tourist destination with millions of visitors each year. The Police Department with 146 sworn officers has been an early adopter of new technology to assist in meeting their mission. The convenience of online access to accident reports is another example of this.
“The City of Niagara Falls is the first City PD in New York to implement PoliceReports.US but many others are expected to start offering it in the near future.” stated Mike McGuire (VP of Business Development).
