TOWN OF COEYMANS’ POLICE DEPARTMENT TO IMPROVE SCHEDULING AND PAYROLL WITH POSS THROUGH EMPIRE
The Town of Coeymans, NY has issued a PO to purchase the Police Officer Scheduling System (POSS) for the Police Department. “Our current payroll reporting methods are both inefficient and time consuming and POSS will address this” stated Chief Gregory Darlington. “We look forward to getting started.”
The Town of Coeymans Police Department located in Albany County has 35 employees serving the Town of Coeymans and the Village of Ravena. Although the Town of Coeymans Police Department is smaller than most of the NYS Departments Empire Software Solutions works with they face the same challenge of trying to improve efficiency and make the best use of available manpower. POSS will assist them in doing this.
“Our main office is located in the Town of Coeymans and we look forward to working with the Police Department to make this a successful project for the Town.” said Mike McGuire (VP of Business Development). The project will start this month and is expected to go live by the end of the first quarter.
