  1. Understand the Customer's Organization
    Before we recommend software, Empire Software Solutions seeks to fully understand the customer's “business” in the area under consideration. How is the process handled today? How could it be improved? What would be the benefits to improving the process or having timely access to important information?

  2. Demonstrate the Software Solution
    After understanding the Customer’s requirements, Empire Software Solutions coordinates a demonstration of the software under consideration so that the Customer can see how it will work for their organization. The Customer will have an opportunity to ask questions and get honest answers from the software company about the product. References will also be provided if the Customer would like to discuss another municipality's experience with the software company.

  3. Advocate for the Customer
    If the Organization decides to implement the software solution, Empire Software Solutions will serve as your advocate with the software company. We will work with you to make sure the licensed software produces the desired results for your organization.
